Supporting Construction, Trades, Property Development & Property Management businesses
One brick at a time
Sound familiar?
Forgot to reply to customers?
“Sorry, Karen, your email about the ‘urgent fix’ got buried under a mountain of unread newsletters and spam.”
Or maybe your website still says “Happy New Year 2019”?
Might be time to fix that!
Contractors not turning up?
“Ah, the classic game of ‘Where’s Wally,’ but it’s your contractor and the site’s empty…”
Budgets are way over?
“Budget? Oh, you mean that thing we blew two weeks ago? Yeah, it’s somewhere over the rainbow now.”
Maybe we can help?

What’s the process?
Bringing in support can feel like a big step - especially if you’ve never done it before. Our process is designed to make things feel clear, calm and pressure-free from the very start.
We’ll guide you through each stage, explain what’s happening and why, and make sure everything feels right before moving forward. There’s no obligation, no pushy sales approach, and no guesswork - just honest conversations and a clear plan.
-
(Discovery, without the pressure)
This is where we get to know you and your business.
We’ll talk through:
What’s currently feeling heavy or frustrating
Where your time and energy are going
What’s getting in the way of growth or headspace
Your readiness to bring in support
Capacity, budget and expectations
The skills, experience and working style you need
Most people don’t know exactly what they need yet - that’s completely normal. This call is about finding clarity, not making decisions on the spot.
-
(What support actually looks like)
Once we understand your needs, we map out a clear plan.
This includes:
Defining the type of support required
Mapping deliverables and priorities
Estimating time and capacity
Setting realistic timescales
Agreeing expectations and financials
Painting a clear picture of what working together will look like
Everything is transparent, practical and tailored to your business.
-
(People matter - so we get this right)
Support works best when there’s trust and chemistry.
We carefully match you based on:
Skills and experience
Personality and communication style
How you like to work
The pace and complexity of your business
You’ll meet your potential Virtual Colleague before anything is final, so you can be confident the fit feels right.
-
(Getting started - and moving forward)
Once matched, we get to work.
This stage includes:
Onboarding and getting embedded in your business
Clear priorities and ways of working
Ongoing delivery and support
Regular check-ins and reviews
Monitoring what’s working and adjusting as needed
As things settle, most clients start to feel lighter, clearer and more in control. Support can flex and evolve as your business does - we’re here for the long term, not just the start.
