What is achievable in that time?
Delivered a large national event. Understanding the event and its purpose, understanding the vision, developing the plan. Booking venue, caterers, AV, Stand builders etc. Finding celebrity hosts. Setting up ticketing platforms and advertising. Creating/Updating the website. Updating social media and email campaigns. Managing communications with sponsors and exhibitors. Delivering the event.

Package: 20 hrs p/w for 2 months

What is achievable in that time?
Property visit to understand scope. Understanding budget and requirements of property. Developing a budget forecast, scoping/researching requirements. Mood board creation. Sign off. Procurement of items and receipt tracking. Arrangement and receipt of deliveries. Scheduling of trades such as decorator and plumber. 3 days on site to stage and deliver the property to specification.

Impact: Very effective. I am a property developer and need someone to jump in at the final stage to get my properties ready for rental. This is a no-brainer as it can be on a project basis”

Package: 10 hours per week

What is achievable in that time?
Ongoing project support. Current projects are planned, managed, delegated, overseen and have oversight of budget, timescales and delivery. 4 projects on the go with staff in place to deliver, but no-one to take accountability. Projects constantly moving but CEO has no time to manage them. Check in with the team, updates on progress, updating project management systems, updating the CEO, problem solving and troubleshooting any delays or issues.

Impact: I have big visions and big projects I want to deliver, but don’t have time to deliver them myself. This is perfect because I don’t have to employ someone full time, and the team can get to rely on one person consistently.”
