Hi, I’m Jess - founder of The Virtual Colleagues.
I’ve been doing this work for over nine years, supporting business owners and leaders as they grow, scale and figure out how to do business without burning themselves into the ground. I set up TVC because I could see how many brilliant people were trying to carry everything alone - and thinking something was wrong with them when it felt hard.
I love working with inspiring, growth-orientated people and creating real impact - giving people their headspace back, helping businesses thrive, and watching things finally click into place. I’m a list-lover, a systems thinker, and a people pleaser through and through (working on that), which means I care deeply about doing things properly - sometimes a bit too much. Sound familiar?
